Postdoctoral Researcher : Thin Films Lab, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), KOREA, April 2006 – Feb 2008 (research adviser: Dr. C. S. Yoon, research collaborator: Dr. Taek Ahn, KRICT, KOREA).

      • Development of organic thin film photomemory .
      • Analysis of barrier parameters of Single layer devices based on Pentacene and Fullerenes .
      • Fabrication and characterization of OFETs & OSCs.
      • Worked in Integrated Thermal evaporation (UHV) systems & Spin coaters equipped with Glove box.

      • Fabrication of GaN films by RF sputtering of GaAs using N2 gas.
